Police foil robbery attack, kill two in Ogoniland

A robbery suspect arrested along with two of his gang members shot dead by the police in Ogoni, Rivers State on Wednesday, 13 January, 2016

The Rivers State Police Command has foiled an armed robbery attack at a petrol station along East-West road by Etohu in Tai Local Government Area in Ogoniland.

Two of the robbers were shot dead, while one of the fleeing robbery suspects, 28-year-old Emeka Eze, was arrested.
