Legendary Former Manchester United coach, Sir Alex Ferguson does not expect his old club to make the top four come the end of the season.
Manchester United’s were defeated by Liverpool in the Europa League defeat last week Thursday – and club legend Alex Ferguson believes that there is no way the side will now make the top four.
Speaking at the Cheltenham Festival, Ferguson backed West Ham to complete the top four with Leicester, Tottenham and Arsenal.
He also backed the Foxes to win the Premier League.
“Of course they can,” Ferguson said when asked by the Sunday Times if the Foxes can hold on. “I believe they will win it with three games to spare.”
United are sixth on the Premier League table, two behinds fifth placed West Ham and four behind fourth placed Manchester City.
